Submission

Submissions for participation in the CIDOC 2018 conference should be made with the EasyChair conference system.

To submit your abstract follow this link: EasyChair Submission Page.

Once you have submitted your abstract with EasyChair, all further communication in relation to the submission will take place through the EasyChair system.

Submissions should be in the format of a 250 word abstract which should be in pdf format. The abstract can be for any of the following kinds of paper:

  • Full length paper (20 min plus question time)
  • Short paper (10 minutes plus question time)
  • Brief presentation / Marketplace of ideas (5 minutes)
  • Poster presentation

You may indicate in your abstract for which track that you want to submit your paper. The programme committee will make a final decision on which track the paper is accepted for if your paper is accepted.

Deadline for Submission is February 28, 2018.

Notification of Acceptance will be given by mid-May, 2018.
